Manchester Floor Sanders is a floor sanding and wood floor restoration business operating in Manchester and Greater Manchester. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide through this website (manchesterfloorsanders.co.uk). You can reach us at quotes@manchesterfloorsanders.co.uk. We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and quote for work:

• Contact details you submit — name, phone number, email address and postal area or address.
• Job details you choose to share — a description of your floor, and any photos you upload.
• Technical data — basic analytics such as pages visited, collected only where you consent to non-essential cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

If we use a call-tracking phone number, calls may be routed via a third-party provider and basic call data (number, time, duration) may be recorded for quality and lead-tracking purposes.

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To carry out and invoice work you ask us to do — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
• To keep records and meet legal or tax obligations — on the basis of our legal obligations.
• To improve the website — on the basis of your consent (analytics cookies).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our lead-form/email provider, call-tracking provider and, where you request work, subcontractors or suppliers directly involved in your job.
